How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment notification email where you’ll find a tracking number specific to your order.

From here, all you need to do is click the ‘Track Order' button and it will take you directly to the tracking page for your order.

If you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email please make sure to check your Junk, Spam or Promotions and Updates folders in your email account.  

Also please check whether your product was on 'back order' when you made the purchase. If unsure you can check the order confirmation email to see if your product is mentioned as being on back order. If so the shipping confirmation email will be sent once your product is back in stock and shipped from our warehouse.
